It's simple. On each product page, you'll find a field to enter your text, name, date, or upload a photo — depending on the product. Fill it in, take a moment to check it, and add it to your cart. That's all it takes to make something truly theirs.
Can I see what my personalized item will look like before ordering?
The product images give you a good sense of the final result. If you have a specific question about how your text or photo will appear, feel free to reach out before you order — we're happy to help.
Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
Because every item is made to order — just for them — production begins right away. This means we're unfortunately unable to make changes or cancellations once an order is placed. Please take a moment to double-check your personalization details before completing your purchase.
Do you offer refunds or returns?
Since every product is personalized and made specifically for the recipient, we're unable to accept returns or offer refunds. However, if your item arrives damaged or isn't what you ordered, please contact us at contact@justforthemgifts.com — we'll always make it right.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Production time varies by product. Once your item is ready, delivery time depends on your location. You'll receive a shipping confirmation with tracking information as soon as your order is on its way.
What kind of photo should I upload?
For the best result, use a clear, high-resolution photo (JPG or PNG, at least 300 DPI). The sharper the image, the more beautiful the final product. If you're unsure whether your photo will work well, feel free to ask us first.
Are your products eco-friendly?
