All products at Just For Them Gifts are made to order and personalized specifically for you. Because of this, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds.

Damages and issues 
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so we can evaluate the issue and make it right. You can reach us at contact@justforthemgifts.com.

Exceptions
In accordance with applicable consumer protection laws, we will address any issues related to defective or incorrect items on a case-by-case basis.

If you are located in the European Union, please note that the 14-day cooling off period does not apply to personalized or custom-made products.
